The Western Secondary Market Conference is a valuable event for networking with other professionals as well as learning about new trends and ideas in our in the mortgage industry, and we realize striking a balance between meetings and attending various sessions and conference exhibit hall can present a challenge for schedules.
With this in mind, we are bringing back our “Down To Business” session time to alleviate some of the scheduling conflicts. Stay tuned for the specific time slots we have set aside for your valuable meetings in the hope that you will be able to attend the various sessions and the Exhibit Hall to support our conference speakers as well as the generous sponsors who enable our event to take place. Please make an effort to schedule your “can’t miss” meetings during this time. Thank you for your support!
Once you register for the conference, you’ll receive information on how to reserve your room at the discounted conference rate! A confirmation will be issued by the hotel. Note: if you have special needs under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please inform the hotel when making reservations.
If requesting more than one room per company, names must be submitted at the time the request is made and the person(s) must be registered for the conference. Please note that in order to have a reservation in the group room block, you must register for the California MBA Western Secondary Market Conference. The California MBA reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. Up to one (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion.
General Housing Information
SUITES: A limited number of suites are available at the hotel. Suite reservations at the Westin St. Francis must be made by the California MBA office. Only conference sponsors may secure suites. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival for refund. RATES: If a requested rate is not available, the next available rate will be assigned.

*Only conference registrants will be able to secure a room in the California MBA room block. Room reservation may be cancelled if not registered with the conference.*

*Note: An additional $200 late registration fee will be charged for booth reservations received after June 18, 2017.
Cancellations/Refunds: Should the exhibitor be unable to occupy and use the contracted exhibit space, California MBA must be notified in writing. Cancellations received by April 28, 2017 shall be entitled to 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after April 28, 2017.

Refunds, Cancellations & Substitutions
Requests for refunds received by April 28, 2017 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between April 29 – June 18, 2017 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after June 18, 2017. Substitutions can be made any time at no additional charge. All requests must be received in writing.
